"I was hesitant to rent through a real estate agent because I had always found places myself, but I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Dori. Dori is so lovely and professional, it was easy to trust that she would be able to find me an amazing place and she did just that! My move came at a pretty inconvenient time in my life and she made the renting experience so quick, smooth and pleasant. Just over a week after contacting Dori, I had signed on a unit that had everything I wanted in my favourite neighbourhood - it was actually the first listing she had sent me! It had been five years since I had been apartment hunting, so Dori was really great at explaining to me what was possible within my budget in the current market and showing me how my options changed if I moved outside my (fairly strict) parameters. She always went the extra mile to do that added bit of research to make me feel really comfortable with my decision. I never felt pressured in any way, but I felt super supported throughout the whole process.

Not only was she understanding of my needs and wants for my future unit as any good real estate agent would be, she also always made sure that I was informed and updated throughout the process no matter how small the matter may be, started from looking for potential units, booking the viewings, and then to making the offer.
